Why Anilao

Where the reef comes alive.

Anilao lies on the Verde Island Passage, often called the centre of the centre of marine biodiversity. Small critters, bright nudibranchs, soft corals and the occasional sea turtle, a short boat ride from your room.

Personal, small-group training in the heart of Anilao. Every course follows Scuba Diving International (SDI) standards, with a focus on safety, comfort and real-world skills. Our instructors guide you one dive at a time.

    Scuba Discovery

    Try breathing underwater for the first time. Meet the equipment and learn basic skills with an instructor right beside you, before you commit to a full course.

  2. Kids 8 to 12

    SDI Future Buddies

    A safe, closely supervised first taste of scuba for young explorers. Kids build basic skills, confidence and a real respect for the ocean.

  3. Certified to 18 m

    SDI Open Water Scuba Diver

    Theory, confined-water sessions and four open-water dives. Finish with a certification that lets you dive to 18 metres (60 feet) anywhere in the world.

  4. Next level

    SDI Advanced Adventure Diver

    Sample deep, navigation, buoyancy and night dives under an SDI professional, and grow your confidence in more challenging conditions.

  5. Look after others

    SDI Rescue Diver

    Learn to spot and manage problems, handle emergencies and perform effective rescues. You come out a calmer, better prepared buddy.

  6. Mastery

    SDI Master Scuba Diver

    The highest recreational recognition in SDI, for experienced divers with several specialties and plenty of logged dives.
